This machine allows you to adjust the temperatures via PID and manage the pressure from pre-brew to the end of extraction via the profiling valve. POP is equipped with an insulated thermoblock that guarantees fast heating and high quality. Pre-brew, eco-mode and stand-by mode can be set as well as the presence of the dispensing stopwatch, which allows precise monitoring of the extraction times. In addition, the wooden side knob adds a touch of elegance and allows easy and perfect steam control, thus completing the barista experience in the comfort of your own home. POP combines professional performance with full extraction control thanks to the PID and profiling valve. Its elegant design with a wooden knob and high-efficiency thermoblock brings the barista experience right into your home.
