Instant Stability is a Quick Mill technology developed to keep the temperature of the brewing group constantly under precise control, accurately, quickly, and consistently.
At the core of the system is an active heating element built directly into the group and managed by a dedicated PID. Temperature is constantly monitored and corrected in real time, compensating for changes during both warm-up and extraction. The result is a brew group that always stays within its ideal working range.

The benefits of Instant Stability
Fast heat-up: machine ready in 12 minutes
Instant Stability allows for a significant reduction in the time required to reach the optimal group temperature.
Starting from room temperature, after just 12 minutes:
- With Instant Stability → 87.5°C
- Without Instant Stability → 60.6°C
A difference of +26.9°C, equal to an increase of +44.4%.
The result is tangible: the machine is truly ready to use in just 12 minutes, reducing waiting times and delivering immediate performance.
Thermal stability during and between extractions
Instant Stability ensures complete thermal stability, both during extraction and between one coffee and the next.
Numerous internal tests, conducted over 10 consecutive extractions with a 45-second interval, have shown that the system guarantees:
- temperature stability throughout the entire extraction, from the start up to 30 seconds
- stability between shots, even with very short recovery times
The result is consistent cup quality, even under high workflow conditions.

Thanks to active and continuous control, Instant Stability ensures that the group always remains within its optimal thermal window, minimizing fluctuations.
