Innovation and Quality: Quick Mill’s New Products for Home Barista at HOST 2025
From October 17 to 21, 2025, Milan hosted HOST, the most important international trade fair dedicated to the professional hospitality industry, coffee culture, foodservice, and technologies for food and beverage preparation.

In this context, Quick Mill presented three innovations designed specifically for home baristas: the Instant Stability system, the TIO – Two in One integrated project developed in partnership with Eureka, and the limited edition 820 – Stretta, created to celebrate the company’s 80th anniversary.
Instant Stability: precision, speed and total control
Available on the Elevate R, Aquila, and Rubino+ models, the Instant Stability system marks a significant evolution for those who value precision and quality in espresso preparation.
The machine reaches operating temperature in just 10 minutes, drastically reducing waiting times and enhancing everyday usability.
A dedicated PID for the brewing group continuously monitors the temperature, making precise adjustments to ensure perfect thermal stability throughout every phase of extraction.
The result is consistently high quality: every cup preserves its sensory balance and uniformity, giving users the confidence of achieving flawless espresso every time.
On the Elevate R and Aquila models, the adoption of the new rotary pump motor, quieter and with 40% less vibration, further enhances comfort and overall user experience.
TIO – Two in One: excellence in a single gesture
Born from the partnership between Eureka and Quick Mill, TIO – Two in One is the integrated system that redefines the prosumer coffee experience.
Thanks to TIO Connect, the grinder and the espresso machine work in perfect harmony, automatically managing every stage of the process, from grinding to extraction. The result is always impeccable, effortless, and immediate.

Limited Edition 820-Stretta
To mark the company’s eightieth anniversary in the most meaningful way, Quick Mill presents the 820 “Stretta” in a limited edition, an exclusive reinterpretation of our most iconic model, offered in two vibrant and distinctive colours: orange and light blue. A true expression of Italian design and craftsmanship, the 820 returns in this 80th Anniversary Edition with a refreshed aesthetic, while preserving the build quality and reliability that have made it renowned. Produced in just 250 units per colour and individually numbered, these two versions become valuable, highly sought-after pieces for coffee enthusiasts and admirers of authentic Italian style.
